LACLIMA

We are members of LACLIMA, a network of lawyers dedicated to studying, developing and sharing knowledge on Climate Change Law in Latin America.

The firm has been actively involved in initiatives aimed at improving regulations, disseminating information and regulating procedures of interest to society, businesses and the market.

CESA

We take part in the activities of CESA, a collegiate body that fosters interaction and the exchange of experience among law firms, making an important contribution to legal matters of national relevance. In 2007, we had the special opportunity to create its Environmental Law Committee, and we continue to contribute to its work.

Founded in 2016, UBAA is a highly relevant forum for Environmental Law, for debate and for work towards its better application. Through UBAA, formed by public and private lawyers, our firm shares valuable experience and information and takes part in joint initiatives that can generate meaningful results for environmental matters and for their balanced and sensible integration into public policies and corporate management practices.

We are founding members of Instituto Ar, whose focus on socio-environmental issues is public health. We advise the Institute on knowledge generation and on debates about regulations and public policies.

CRIA

We sit on the advisory board of CRIA and provide it with legal advice. Founded in 2000, CRIA aims to make information on Brazilian biodiversity accessible to all. The data organized and published by CRIA are highly relevant to a wide range of projects, from scientific and educational work to feasibility studies for all kinds of ventures.
