On October 9, 2018, Law No. 13,726, of October 8, 2018, was published in the Official Gazette of the Union. It streamlines administrative acts and procedures of the branches of government of the Federal Government, the States, the Federal District and the Municipalities, and creates the Red Tape Reduction and Simplification Seal.
The purpose of this law is to reduce red tape and simplify the requirements of public bodies, agencies, notary offices and others, and those who will certainly benefit are the citizens.
Private companies will also bear less of the burden of excessive bureaucracy.
