Ana do Amaral Mendes

A graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP (2025), Ana has experience in Civil Litigation and in Environmental and Sustainability Law. Her professional career includes work at leading law firms, with experience in environmental audits (due diligence) and advisory work involving the carbon market, contaminated sites, reverse logistics, ESG and corporate sustainability policies.

During her studies, she took part in an exchange program at Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan, where she took courses in business management and sustainability, broadening her interdisciplinary perspective on today’s regulatory and environmental challenges.

In academia, she is a teaching assistant in Environmental Law at PUC/SP under Professor Erika Bechara, and takes part in study groups dedicated to Environmental Law. She is fluent in English and has an intermediate knowledge of Italian.
