Helena Cristina Passerini de Oliveira

A lawyer with experience in both the public and private sectors, Helena graduated in Law from PUC/SP (2023) and holds a graduate degree in Environmental and Agrarian Law from UFPR (2025). Committed to continuous learning, she is currently studying Environmental Management at UNISINOS.

Her professional career brings a technical, legal and multidisciplinary perspective to complex environmental matters. In academia, Helena served on the board of the CPaNN/USP Study Group (2020–2023) and of GEDA/PUC-SP (2021–2023), where she developed management and leadership skills and worked on landmark cases. She also served several times as a teaching assistant in important practical and theoretical environmental courses. Finally, she took part in the Environmental Law Workshop at USP (2023), where she contributed to articles and research.
